Sprouted Spelt Sandwich Loaf

4 cups warm water (100°F)                  6 cups all purpose flour   

1 TBSP sugar                                              4 cups sprouted spelt flour

2 TBSP dry active yeast                         1/2 cup sugar

                                                                          1 TBSP salt

                                                                          1/2 cup oil
