Microgreens

Not quite sure what microgreens are well they are like a sprout however they are grown in a medium like dirt, coco husk, or fabric. They are new seedlings just starting out at the cotyledon stage, the first leaves to appear from a germinating seed. They pack a punch of flavor and nutrition.

A full nutty microgreen, wonderful in a stir fry or a salad. These greens are lovely on a plate.

Buckwheat Lettuce

Buckwheat shoots are a soft subtle shoot similar to a butter lettuce. They taste nothing like buckwheat and are used more for texture then flavor. They are nice added to soups and salads or stir-fries.  

Radish Shoots

Radish shoot are  spicy and crisp just like a fresh picked radish.  Add them to your salads, potato salads, and sandwiches for a spicy zip.
